The bodice is made from a soft cotton/spandex blend, skirt is several layers of the prettiest sparkliest tulle eva! 

The sparkle in the tulle may offer you a little extra fairy dust when you first pull it out. This is just part of the tulle - we promise we aren't trying to send you glitter.  (But legend has it each sparkle you find will make your wishes stronger!)
